We have a Britax Duo Plus seat, which we use in the Roomster in ISOFIX mode. It's a very good seat. It fits OK in the car, but I did modify the plastic spacers that keep the metal fixings away from the upholstery as they didn't fit very well. My advice when fitting an ISOFIX seat is to recline the seat in the car, to give a bit more adjusting room.

The isofix arms adjust both out and in and up and down. Posted 9 January, 2009. We never had any problems with Ap0gee Jr's Britax ISOFIX base, other than the need for a bit of fettling to stop the base being on the slant, making her too upright when she was tiny and couldn't hold her own head up.

We've got an '04 plate Superb and the manual talks about something like "isofix funnels" or similar for the car. When the back seats are folded down, I *think* I can see a set of fixings where you'd clip an isofix seat in, but I've Yes the legal requirement is for cars to be compatible with isofix. As i stated earlier though, Ford seem to cut costs and not fit the actual anchors unless requested at build (no cost option). The holes are pre-drilled/tapped for the bolts, but no anchors are fitted. rRZ9I.
